Malayan Colleges Laguna, Inc.

Through its subsidiary iPeople, Inc., the House of Investments (HI) established the Malayan Colleges Laguna, Inc. in 1999.  The company, which operates under the name Mapua Institute of Technology, is composed of Mapua Institute of Technology, Malayan Colleges Laguna, Malayan High School of Science, Mapua Information Technology Center, and Mapua Techserv .​
